Paths to School Improvement (PSI) is for authentic Christian Schools around the world, whatever their resources, who committed to Biblical truth, continuous improvement, and transformed communities.
PSI is a school improvement process for Christian school leaders, teachers and other educators. It takes place in 5 sessions over 2 years, as schools bring 2-4 leaders and join a cohort with 5-10 other schools.
The PSI process builds a strong foundation for Christian schools by training school leaders in the following key standards.
Standard 1 – Foundations
Standard 2 – Leadership and Personnel
Standard 3 – Teaching and Learning
Standard 4 – Finances, Facilities, Health and Safety
Standard 5 – Spiritual Formation
Standard 6 – School Culture
Standard 7 – School Improvement and Development Plan
